Our products are digital files: once downloaded, they cannot be returned, and the sale becomes final. As long as you have not downloaded any file of the order, you have 14 days from payment to change your mind (see section 7 of the terms of sale).
A pack doesn't suit you, or something doesn't work as expected? Write to us at hello@lumesmithlab.com: we will do our best to find a solution. And if a pack does not work with the Lightroom versions listed on its page, the legal guarantee of conformity applies in every case: we fix it or refund you.
The easiest way is from the Orders page of your account. You can also use the form below, or send us any other clear statement of your decision to withdraw: by email to hello@lumesmithlab.com, or by post to the address below. We refund you in full within 14 days, by the payment method you used.
