These terms apply to every order placed on the site. The terms in force on the day of an order apply to that order. The use of the presets is governed by the Preset License; each plugin has its own license.
We sell packs of presets and creative profiles for Lightroom, bundles of several packs, and plugins for Lightroom Classic. They are digital files to download. The page of each product lists what it contains and the software and versions it works with.
Prices are in euros, all taxes included. VAT is calculated for the country given at checkout and included in the price shown. You pay the price shown when you order.
A promotion shows its end date. The crossed-out price is the lowest price charged during the 30 days before the promotion.
If you already own a pack of a bundle, you pay the lower of the bundle price and the price of the packs you are missing.
You give your first and last name, country and email address, tick the required boxes, then pay. Payment, by card or another method offered, is processed by Stripe: we never see your card number.
The order is concluded when the payment is confirmed. You receive a confirmation email and your invoice. A customer account is created with the email address of the order, unless one already exists.
A business can give its VAT number at checkout; VAT is then reverse-charged where the law provides for it.
Your files are available as soon as the payment is confirmed: on the confirmation page, by email (links valid for 7 days), then in your account, where every version stays available to download. Updates to a pack you own are included.
The products are digital content supplied without a physical medium. You may withdraw within 14 days of payment, as long as you have not downloaded any file of the order.
To get your files right away, you tick a box at checkout by which you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal from the first download (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code). If this box was not ticked, your first download asks you to confirm it.
To withdraw, before any download: from the Orders page of your account, or by writing to us (a withdrawal form is available on the site). We refund you in full within 14 days, by the payment method you used.
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code). If a product does not work with the software and versions listed on its page, write to us: we bring it into conformity or, failing that, refund you.
A plugin works with a personal license key, active on 2 computers at a time. You free a computer from your account or from Lightroom.
You sign in with a link sent by email or with the password you chose in your account. Keep this password to yourself.
We process your data as described in our Privacy policy.
For any complaint, write to hello@lumesmithlab.com. If we cannot find a solution together, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator.
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
