LUMESMITH LAB PRESET LICENSE, version 1.0, October 9, 2026

This license covers the Lightroom presets and creative profiles sold or given by Lumesmith Lab, a brand of Qoolyn SASU, 28 Avenue André Reinson, 33300 Bordeaux, France, 929 451 904 R.C.S. Bordeaux ("we"). Our plugins have their own license.

1. What you may do

• Use the presets and profiles on an unlimited number of photos, for personal and commercial work, including client work, prints, stock and advertising.
• Install them on all the devices you personally use.
• Modify them and save your own versions for your own use.
• Publish and sell the photos you edit with them. No credit is required.

2. What you may not do

• Share, give away, resell, sublicense or publish the files, modified or not, including on file-sharing sites or public drives.
• Include them, or presets derived from them, in another pack, product or service, free or paid.
• Use the files to train or fine-tune an AI model, or to build presets meant for distribution.

3. Who the license is for

One license covers one person. If several people edit with the presets (a studio, an agency), each editor needs their own license.

4. Duration and updates

The license is perpetual. Updates to a pack you own are included, and every released version stays available in your account.

5. Sample RAW file

The RAW file that comes with the free look is a photograph by Lumesmith Lab. You may use it to test the presets and post your edit on social media with credit to @lumesmithlab. Any other use, including commercial use or sharing the file, is not allowed.

6. Ownership

We keep all intellectual property rights in the presets, profiles and sample files. You buy a right to use them, not the copyright in the files.

7. End of the license

If you break section 2, your license ends and you must delete the files. The photos you edited before stay yours.

8. Your legal rights

Nothing in this license limits your rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content. If a pack does not work with the Lightroom versions we list for it, we will fix it or refund you.

9. Applicable law

This license is governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
